The room and bathroom was too small and compact, Paying 1500 per night would have got spacious room..booking.com and rithikka bloosm cheated me

No facility for having tea or coffee also in the hotel as well as around the hotel. For lunch / tea, we have go 1 km away and very inconvenience. How can you expect for a good rating?

Breakfast was good, and location is pretty much interior from the main road

Room size was pretty small in comparison to the pics shown in the booking time

Drinking Water not provided in the last day morning. They charged Rs.50 for 2 bottles which I did not expected.I expect charging for Water bottles can be avoided in future from Treeboo / Itsy. this will improve further quality.

Room is not clean and bathrooms full leakages not hot water ?

Decent space in the room. Sleeping comfort -Good. Clean Bed spread and blanket.Limited Menu Breakfast, but Good taste and adequate in terms of quantity. Good value for Money.

No good restaurant near by. Entirely dependent on Online Food delivery portals. Hotel needs to stock and sell some basic toiletries like toothbrush, shaving razors etc. Major Drawback-No Lift. -This needs to be highlighted while booking -so that guests are aware of this. Towels need to be better washed and softer.

No drinking water, 2 hour late checkout we had to pay extra money, very small room, needs to goto next building to have breakfast.

Even after paying the payment by call said no booking don't come When we went said to wait after half hour sus it's confirmed No light back upFor two hours full dark small room. Already requested early arrival But asked to wait up till 12 pm Then didn't give room upto 2 pm Worst we waited from 7 to 2 pm. In a cafe .I don't recommend it at.all

This property is near 1000 ft Feather Ratha Inn hotel. This property converted flats into Rooms.The rooms are clean and restrooms is clean but average facilities. There is lots of room for improvement in restroom is possible. It’s a value for money hotel is the only plus point. The roads to arrived this place also not good, kind of bumpy Auto ride. The reception staff is courtesy. Beds are comfortable cushion. Bed sheets can be improved international quality.

The restrooms are clean but showering facilities are not upto the mark. It’s like lodge facilities. Lots of improvement can be done. Value for money is the only plus point with pumby Auto ride and No lift too.pl guys there is lots of rooms for improvement is there.Consider pl.

Even though the check-in time was noon, I had to wait for couple of hours as the rooms weren't clean and ready for checkin. Plus, the rooms were so dirty and smelling so badly.

Infrastructure needs upgrade, TV channels don’t work, no in house restaurant, away from amenities.

May be a Electric kettele for self help of Tea / coffe. Required one more power socket for Laptop and Mosquito menance.

Excellent location, Close to Hotel Feathers where I had an event to attend. Clean, cosy rooms with no frills. Worth the value of investment made.

The only aspect I found enjoyable was the complimentary breakfast provided during my time there.

The hotel's marketing presents it as a 3-star elite establishment, but the reality falls short. Despite paying a total of 11.1k for a 6-night stay, the bathroom facilities are lacking, and both the geyser and AC in the room were malfunctioning. Moreover, the staff's availability was inconsistent, leading to a disappointing overall experience.

No wifi breakfast given,charges are very high compared to facility and room size

As description says 2km away from airport MAA internation of Chenni,but its 11 + km away from airport.Astonisingly our taxi driver could not find the hotel then we had to changed to another hotel on midnight
